Returns

We are happy to accept returns that were not quite right for you. The returned item must be received by Ampersand Eve, within 30 days of delivery date. Email info@ampersandeve.com to start the return process.

 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • Merchandise must have all original tags, Ampersand Eve tags attached
  • Merchandise marked "Final Sale" are NOT available for return
  • Returns sent back to Ampersand Eve COD will be returned to sender

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and  your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.


Defective Merchandise
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Notify customer service by email info@ampersandeve.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for an exchange. Upon approval, Ampersand Eve will happily exchange your item if we have the EXACT item in stock.   


Shipping your return
To return your product, please mail your product to: 10953-125 st Edmonton Alberta Canada T5M 0L7

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
